高职院校真假贫困生认定策略研究

Research on How to Acknowledge Poverty-stricken Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着我国高等教育体制的改革和招生规模的扩大,贫困生问题日益凸显。针对高职院校出现的贫困生贫困证明造假、谎报拒报的现象,提出建立生源地贫困生认定责任追究制、采取有偿化资助模式和保护"特殊"贫困生的隐私等策略。

With system reform and enrollment expansion on higher education, the problem of poverty - stricken students is becoming prominent. Some students submit false certification so that they can get allowance from the government whereas some refuse to acknowledge their status of poverty. In view of the phenomenon, some strategies are proposed in this study.
