摘要
通过对以萨柏、施恩及霍兰德三人为代表的职业生涯发展理论进行分析,认为霍兰德职业倾向理论以及以此为基础建立的霍兰德职业兴趣测验量表对大学生的职业指导作用明显,且非常实用,比其他两种有更大的优势,具体体现在大学教学时间与内容上的灵活性,以及当代大学生在自信心、功利心、接受指导的程度与课堂参与程度上的特征。
According to the analysis of vocational theories about career development by Donald E. Super, by E. H. Schein' s and John Holland, the author consider that the personality -job theory and the Holland Vocational Preference Test(HVPT) by John Holland have more advantages in the vocational guidance for college students than other vocational theories. These advantages are reflected on the flexibility on the time and content of teaching in college, and the self - confidence, the material - gain, the degree of acceptance of guidance and of participation in instruction.
