摘要
目前,社会上的不良思想,正在渗透着大学校园这片纯净的土地。作为高校辅导员,必须做好大学生思想政治教育工作。为此,高校辅导员应加强自身师德建设,做到:热爱、尊重学生,为人师表、以身作则,勤奋学习、刻苦钻研,廉洁自律,从而提高班级建设的实效性。
At present, social bad idea is permeating the university. As university instructors, how to maintain the serenity of university students and fulfill the ideological and political education is very important. This paper explores the relationship between teacher professional ethics construction and development of classroom community.
