针对历年来供电系统内发生的各类安全事故,在当前电网建设发展加速,基建、技改任务繁重、人员数量不变,现场安全风险控制压力加大的新形势下,为了促进员工标准化作业的质量和水平快速提高,文中提出了一种新的供电现场典型作业诠释和实训方法,即图解法诠释标准化作业的管理方法,对公司安全目标实现和生产任务顺利完成等均起到明显的作用。
