摘要
四川某氧化铜矿矿物组成复杂,具有氧化率、结合率、碳含量均较高的特点,研究选用具有针对性的碳质脉石抑制剂T-206,制定了较为合理的浮选流程和工艺技术参数,取得了较为满意的浮选指标,精矿铜品位达18.43%,回收率67.56%,实现了该类含碳氧化铜矿浮选技术的突破。
Mineral composition of a copper oxide ore in Sichuan is complicated,has the characteristics of high oxidation rate,high binding rate and high carbon content,pertinent carbonaceous gangue inhibitor T-206 was selected in the research,reasonable flotation flow and technology technique parameter were formulated,satisfied flotation index was obtained,copper grade in concentrate ore was reach to 18.43 %,and recovery rate 67.56%,break of repeated selection technology of this carbon-bearing copper oxide ore was realized.
