摘要 地铁车站深基坑监测对于保证基坑的正常施工与周围建筑物的安全具有重要意义。武汉地铁2号线名都站深基坑周边环境极其复杂,在距离基坑10 m的一侧分布有一幢30层高层建筑,另一侧有人员密集的学生公寓楼,结合其监测方案和监测数据,分析了基坑深部水平位移、周边重要建筑物及管线的沉降以及坑内钢支撑的轴力变化情况,并以此为依据对深基坑变形规律进行了研究,结果表明采用深基础形式的高层建筑物比采用浅基础的低矮建筑物能更好地抵抗沉降变形,但高层建筑物对基坑中上部的挤压作用不容忽视。 The monitoring of deep excavation of subway station is significant to the proper construction of pit and the safety of buildings around it.The environment around the pit of Mingdu Station of Wuhan Subway No.2 Line is extremely complex.There is a 30-story high-rise building 10m from the pit on one side,and on the other side,it is a staff-intensive student apartment building.Combining the monitoring program and data,this paper analyzes the horizontal displacement of deep foundation pit,the settlement of important surrounding structures and pipelines,and the axial force's changes of steel support in the pit.In addition,the deformation of deep excavation is studied.Comparative analysis shows that the high-rise buildings with deep foundation can better resist deformation than low-rise buildings with shallow foundation.But the compression of the upper part of the pit which is exerted by high-rise buildings should not be ignored.
