摘要
本文探讨了喷浆造粒干燥机内筛分筛面上颗粒物料发生偏析的原因、条件及对筛分效率的影响；提出了内筛分效率的定义及计算式；分析，实验得出厂被筛分物料物性对筛分效率的影响关系。为内筛分技术在工业上广泛应用提供了理论依据和设计参考。
The paper inquires into the causes and conditions of the segregation of thegranular material on the internal screening surface and the effect of the segregation on the internal sieving effciency in the spray granulator-dryer, defines the internal sieving efficiencyand gives the empirical formula and the efficiency-the physical nature of the material relationby analyzing and experiment, provides a theoretical basis and design reference for its commercial application.
