摘要
师范教育正在被教师教育的称谓所取代,其间隐伏着对民族师范教育优秀传统的背离;人力资源强国建设需要以最大规模的优秀师资为基础,而现实的师范教育制度是否利于这一基础的有效建立?在睁眼看世界的历史过程中,我们的教育为何总在反复的"顾此失彼"中负重前行?要认清和解决这些问题,自然需要科学的方法和过程,而方法的选择和过程的完善,都必须首先解决好"科学继承师范教育历史精华"这一基本问题。
The name of normal education has been taken place by teacher education,which indicates the deviation from the tradition of the national normal education.Strengthening the nation with large scale of human resources should be based on the excellent teachers,however,is the reality of normal education now helpful for the basis? During advancing to the world,why has our education been repeating the procedures of catching one side while losing another side? Understanding and solving the problem requires a scientific approach and process,and the choice of the approach and the perfection of the process require "inheriting the essence of normal education in a scientific way".
