The name of normal education has been taken place by teacher education,which indicates the deviation from the tradition of the national normal education.Strengthening the nation with large scale of human resources should be based on the excellent teachers,however,is the reality of normal education now helpful for the basis？ During advancing to the world,why has our education been repeating the procedures of catching one side while losing another side？ Understanding and solving the problem requires a scientific approach and process,and the choice of the approach and the perfection of the process require ＂inheriting the essence of normal education in a scientific way＂.
