西部地区农民专业合作组织的调查与思考——基于对云南省曲靖市的调查

An Investigation on the Professional Cooperative Organization of Peasant in Western China——Case Study of Qujing in Yunnan

西部地区农民专业合作组织发展起步较晚,成效突出。但由于历史和现实、经济和社会等诸多因素的制约,仍然存在着规模不大、农民参与面不广、运作不规范、结构不合理、带动示范效应不强等突出问题。为此,应着力提高认识、加强引导、强化扶持、完善制度,引导农民专业合作组织健康发展,切实发挥农民专业合作组织的积极作用,为西部地区破解"三农"问题提供持续有效的组织资源。

The invsetigation on the professional cooperative organization of peasant in Qujing of Yunnan reveals that the start of the organization was muchlater but with more achievents.Thereare,however,problems assmaller scale,fewer peasant participants,irregular operation,imbalanced structure,and less example effect due to the limitation of the history,society and economy.These problems are the representative ones in weatern China.Facing the problems,it is crucial to stress more,guide more, support more,perfect the policy,and guide the organization to develop soundly so that the organization shall be an efficient one for the oeganization of solving the problems facing ＂agriculture,rural areas and farmers＂.
