摘要
乡镇是我国最基层的一级政府组织,是贯彻落实党的方针政策的最前沿阵地。当前,乡镇干部队伍建设正处于关键时期。曲靖市的乡镇干部队伍存在着权责不对等、职务晋升难、体制不健全、队伍结构欠优、整体素质不高等问题。针对这些问题,需从体制、用人、培训、激励等方面加以完善和改进,以建设一支高素质的乡镇领导干部队伍,为全面落实科学发展观,推进曲靖小康社会建设服务。
A town,the most basic government,is the frontier area for putting the policy of the Party into practice.At present,it is a crucial period for the construction of the leadership in those areas.There are problems as imbalanced power and duty,difficult promotion,inadequate policy,imperfect structure, and low overall quality for the construction of the leadership at the town level in Qujing.It is essential to perfect the policy,employment,training,and stimulation for the construction of the leadership so that the leadership of quality shall be constructed to carry out the outlook of scientific development and serve the construction of a well-off society.
