Thoughts on Bilingual Education Reform of International Business Law in the Majors of Economics and Management

国际商法教学目标的涉外性和教学内容的国际性决定了该课程进行双语教学的必要性。当前在经管类专业国际商法双语教学遭遇到了一些瓶颈问题,其双语教学的改革应注重教学内容的选择、教材和师资队伍建设、教学方法的多元化以及评价和考核体系的完善等等。

It is necessary for us to carry out bilingual education in International Business Law, which depends on its international nature in teaching goal and contents. However, some problems arise in the teaching in the Majors of F~ conomics and Management. In the reform, we should choose the content, construct the teaching materials and the teaching staff, adopt various teaching method, and perfect the assessment and examination systems.
