Pathohistological Studies on Furunculosis of Soft shelled Turtle (Trionyx Sinensis)

对病鳖胃、肠、肝、脾、肾、肺等器官进行病理组织学切片，经观察发现：胃壁肿胀，粘膜下层高度扩张．肠绒毛溃烂，粘膜上皮细胞坏死、脱落．肝细胞肿大，颗粒变性或水泡变性．脾白髓缩小，淋巴细胞数量减少，红髓与白髓界限模糊．肾小球萎缩、肾小囊扩大．肺泡壁血管广泛充血。

This paper presents pathohistology of the furunculosis in soft shelled turtle. Stomach of soft shelled turtles with furunculosis were edema, where submucosa appeared expense. Intestinal villi were ulcer, and their epithelial cells were necrosis and fell away. Liver cells appeared edema, granular degeneration and bubbly degeneration. White pulpses of spleen reduced in size. Glomusers reduced, and renal capsules expensed. The alveolar capillaries were universal hyperemia and hemorrhage.
