摘要
将川西獐牙菜(Swertia mussotii Franch),椭圆叶花锚(Halenia elliptica Don),抱茎獐牙菜(Swertia frachetana H-Smith),湿生扁蕾Gentianopsis paludosa(mumro)Ma的种子贮存在(18℃±5℃)和(0~4℃)下18个月。用0.2%CaCl2和2%KNO-3-溶液浸泡24h,进行电导率,TTC还原量及发芽率测定,结果表明:①两种温度贮存的种子,除电导率差异极显著外(p<0.01),其余各项指标均不显著(p>0.05);②药剂处理除对湿生扁蕾外其它种子都有提高发芽率的作用,0.2%CaCl2-效果最好,发芽率平均提高20%;③同种温度下贮存的种子,药剂处理后TTC还原量、电导率差异不显著(p>0.05)。
Sweryia mussiotii.Franch,Hatenia.elliptixa.Don Swertia.rachetiana.H.Smith.Gentianopsioaludosa(Mnro)Ma were stored under two different temperature(18℃±5℃)and(0—4℃)for 18 months,and were soaked with 0.2%Cacl2KNO3solution for 24hours.With the treated seeds we do the test of TTC rreduicing power,conductivity and standard germination test.the result showed that ①the same seeds under two different storage perature there have no significant differ(p0.05) for all indexes but conductivity(p0.01);②all seed except Gentianopsis paladosa(Munro) Ma had better reasing in germination perentage after therted with chemivcals and the seed treated with 0.2%Cacl2has better effect(the germination promoting 20% on average than CK);③the same temperature stored seeds weretrated with medicine there have no differ(p0.05)for TTC reducing power and conductivity amount.
