摘要
海晏县草地退化原因,主要是自然因素和人为因素而致,特别是不合理的人为利用,加剧了草地退化,针对存在的问题,提出防止和治理草地退化的措施。
The reasons of grassland degradation were brought on nature and human being,especially unreasonably using grassland.Some countermeasures are put out to prevent and control grassland degradation.
