摘要
针对现行《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》中采用马歇尔击实成型多孔沥青混合料(PAC)试件存在集料易被击碎及与路面实际碾压状态不符的缺陷,提出采用旋转压实仪(SGC)成型PAC试件,并引入闭锁点(locking point)的概念,确定最佳旋转压实次数;在此基础上,对2种方法成型的试件进行了体积性能的比较,采用SGC成型过程中记录的数据对PAC的压实特性进行了分析。结果表明:PAC试件采用SGC成型方法更合理;当旋转压实次数为50次左右时,PAC能够形成稳定的骨架结构,且同马歇尔50次双面击实具有相近的压实功,成型的试件具有相似的体积性能;级配良好的PAC在施工阶段的压实性能优于Superpave、AC等密级配沥青混合料,开放交通后,具有良好的抵抗变形的能力。
The aggregate is easily broken and its compacted state don't coincide with practice when the Marshall compaction method is adopted in compacting porous asphalt concrete(PAC) with Chinese Technical Standards Technology Specification for Constructing Highway Asphalt Pavement.So this paper put forward molding the PAC specimen with SGC,furthermore,induct the concept of locking point for ascertain the optimal times of SGC,compared the volume performance for the two kinds of specimen with different molding methods.The compaction characteristics were analyzed according to the data recorded in the process of SGC.The results showed that: it is better to use the SGC method for molding PAC specimen;when the times of SGC is about 50,PAC will form the steady framework structure,and at this time,the compacting work and volume performance of the specimen between the two kinds of molding methods are quite similar.PAC with good gradation has well compaction characteristics and the ability of resistance for deformation after opening to traffic.6 tabs,5 figs,13 refs.
