摘要
目的:探讨类 P3 L 在痴呆动物模型确立中的作用。方法:用外科手术切断大鼠左侧穹窿- 海马伞( F F) 的方法建立 Alzheimer 病( A D) 大鼠模型,于建模前后对其进行迷宫检查和类 P3 潜伏期( 类 P3 L) 测定。结果: A D 大鼠类 P3 L 较对照组有显著延长,并与迷宫试验指标错误反应次数( E N) 增多及总反应时间( T R T) 延长呈正相关。结论:类 P3 L
Aim: To study the role of P3-like latency in the determination of demented animal models. Methods: a model was established by unilateral fimbrial-fornix (FF) transection in rat. Then, Y-type maze test and elicitation of P3-like latency were carried out separately before and after the AD models were built. Results: P3-like latency in AD rats were prolonged statistically as compared with the controls and had postive correlation with indices of Y-maze test(EN, TRT). Conclusion: P3-like latency provided an objective and feasible index of electrical physiology for us to determine whether a demented model has been established.
