The role of P3-Like latency in the determination of demented animal models

目的：探讨类 Ｐ３ Ｌ 在痴呆动物模型确立中的作用。方法：用外科手术切断大鼠左侧穹窿－ 海马伞（ Ｆ Ｆ） 的方法建立 Ａｌｚｈｅｉｍｅｒ 病（ Ａ Ｄ） 大鼠模型，于建模前后对其进行迷宫检查和类 Ｐ３ 潜伏期（ 类 Ｐ３ Ｌ） 测定。结果： Ａ Ｄ 大鼠类 Ｐ３ Ｌ 较对照组有显著延长，并与迷宫试验指标错误反应次数（ Ｅ Ｎ） 增多及总反应时间（ Ｔ Ｒ Ｔ） 延长呈正相关。结论：类 Ｐ３ Ｌ

Aim: To study the role of P3-like latency in the determination of demented animal models. Methods: a model was established by unilateral fimbrial-fornix (FF) transection in rat. Then, Y-type maze test and elicitation of P3-like latency were carried out separately before and after the AD models were built. Results: P3-like latency in AD rats were prolonged statistically as compared with the controls and had postive correlation with indices of Y-maze test(EN, TRT). Conclusion: P3-like latency provided an objective and feasible index of electrical physiology for us to determine whether a demented model has been established.
