急性心肌梗死患者外周血T淋巴细胞和NK细胞的变化

Changes of the peripheral blood T-lymphocyte and NK cell in acute myocardial infarction

目的：研究急性心肌梗死患者外周血 Ｔ 淋巴细胞的变化。方法：采用流式细胞仪技术，观察１５ 例急性心肌梗死患者外周血 Ｔ 淋巴细胞 Ｃ Ｄ２ ＋ 、 Ｃ Ｄ３ ＋ 、 Ｃ Ｄ４ ＋ 、 Ｃ Ｄ８ ＋ 、 Ｃ Ｄ１６ ＋ 、 Ｃ Ｄ２５ ＋ 、 Ｃ Ｄ２７ ＋ 、 Ｃ Ｄ５７ ＋ 变化，并与１２ 例正常对照组比较。结果： Ｃ Ｄ２ ＋ 、 Ｃ Ｄ３ ＋ 、 Ｃ Ｄ１６ ＋ 、 Ｃ Ｄ２７ ＋ 、 Ｃ Ｄ５７ ＋ 无显著性变化； Ｃ Ｄ４ ＋ 明显减少， Ｃ Ｄ８ ＋ 明显增加， Ｃ Ｄ４ ＋ ／ Ｃ Ｄ８ ＋ 比值显著降低； Ｃ Ｄ２５ ＋ 显著降低。结论：急性心肌梗死患者 Ｔ 淋巴细胞亚群功能紊乱，细胞免疫功能受抑制。

Aim:To study the peripheral blood T-lymphocyte and NK cell in patiens with acute myocardial infarction. Methods: Investigate the changes of CD2 +、CD3 +、CD4 +、CD8 +、CD16 +、CD25 +、CD27 +、CD57 + in 15 acute myocardial infarction and 12 age-matched healthy individuals, flow cytometric analysis were used. Results: CD2 +、CD3 +、CD16 +、CD27 +and CD57 + in AMI patients had no significant difference from normal control. Wherease, in AMI patients, CD4 + decreased significantly, and CD + 8 increased significantly, and CD + 4/CD + 8 ratio were decrease significantly, CD25 + cell also decreased significantly in AMI patients. Conclusion: Serious immunological disturbances of T lymphocyte subsets existed in AMI patients and cell immunological function of AMI patients were suppressed.
