摘要
以地层为单元,对四川蒙顶山茶区茶叶含硒量和土壤含硒量及茶叶含硒量与土壤pH值的关系进行了初步研究。结果表明:研究区茶叶含硒量水平与陕西省的紫阳富硒茶含硒量水平相当;研究区土壤含硒量水平在四川丘陵区属于高富集区;土壤含硒量并不是控制茶叶含硒量水平的最主要因素;土壤pH值是控制茶叶对土壤硒吸收的重要因素之一。
The authors determined the selenium contents of the tea and soil in the samples from 11 strata of the Mengding tea garden in Sichuan and investigated the relationship between the selenium content of the tea and pH of the soil,and also considered pH of the soil.The results show that the selenium content of the tea in study area is corresponding with that of the tea rich in selenium from Ziyang of Shaanxi,and that the selenium content of the soil in the same area is higher than the average background value of the other highlands in Sichuan.The study of the relationship between the selenium content in the tea and that in the soil indicates that the selenium in the soil is not the most important factor to control the content of the selenium in the tea.The relationship between the selenium in the tea and pH of the soil indicates that pH of the soil is an important factor to influence the uptake of the selenium from soils into tea.
