摘要
针对现有飞机机型评估方法在客观性、多输入多输出并行和影响因素追踪方面的不足,本文将DEA方法中的C2R模型应用于机型评估过程。首先对决策单元和评价指标体系进行了合理的选取,接着运用C2R模型对备选机型的有效性进行了对比分析,为航空公司机型选择提供了一种新的决策支持技术。
In view of the exiting shortcomings of aircraft type evaluation methods in the objectivity,the parallel processing of multiinputs and multi-outputs and the tracing of influencing factors,this paper applies the C2R model of DEA to the process of evaluation of aircraft type.First,the DUM and the input-output indicators system are selected reasonably.Then the C2R model is used to analyze the efficiency of the alternative aircraft types and a new decision-making technology is provided for airline＇s fleet assignment.
