信任、控制机制与供应商绩效关系研究 被引量:11

Relationships among Trust,Control Mechanism and Supplier Performance

摘要 研究制造商信任、控制机制与供应商绩效间的关系,揭示了控制机制作为信任的担保机制对于提高供应商绩效的作用。利用163对制造商与供应商配对样本,采用结构方程模型对假设进行验证。研究结果表明,制造商信任对于供应商绩效没有显著的影响,制造商信任对监控、柔性机制以及多元控制机制均有显著的积极影响;监控机制对于供应商绩效有消极的显著影响,柔性机制对于供应商绩效虽然有积极的影响,但影响关系不显著,而多元控制机制积极显著地影响供应商绩效。从理论上扩展了信任与控制机制的互补作用,揭示了控制机制作为信任的担保机制对供应商绩效影响的影响效果和影响路径,为制造商采用合理的控制机制维护制造商信任,维护交易关系、保护自身利益、提高供应商绩效提供有益的指导。 The current study investigates the relationships among manufacturer trust,control mechanism and supplier performance in order to illuminate the effect of control mechanism,as a trust safeguard,on supplier performance.By using 163 dyads data of manufacturers and suppliers,it tests the hypothesis with SEM.Results show that trust has no significant effect on supplier performance,while trust all has significant effect on monitor,flexibility and plural control mechanism.Monitor is negatively related to supplier performance,with no specific relationship between the flexibility and supplier performance,and the plural control mechanism positively influences supplier performance.The conclusion develops the effects of control mechanisms and trust.In additional,some useful directions are proposed for manufacturers.
