情境因素对城市居民生活垃圾源头分类行为的影响研究

The Effect of Situational Factors on the Relationship between Behavior Intention and Behavior for Source Separation of Household Waste

本文以计划行为理论为基础,运用实证研究方法,首先分析源头分类行为意向与行为之间的关系,其次运用分层调节回归分析重点探讨情景因素在行为意向对行为影响中的调节作用,研究结果表明情境因素对行为意向可否转化为具体的行为起到非常重要的作用。这一结论可以为城市生活垃圾管理决策者制定相关政策提供决策参考。

Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior（TPB） and the method of statistical analysis,this paper firstly analyzes the relationship between behavior intention and behavior for source separation of household waste.Then the moderating effects of situational factors on the relationship between behavior intention and behavior for source separation are discussed by the method of hierarchical moderating regression analysis.The results show that situational factors play a very important role in transforming behavior intention into behavior for source separation of household waste.This finding provides a theoretical reference for relevant decisionmakers.
