摘要
目的:为了解在摄影眼震图( V O G) 中,年龄的增长对视动性眼震( O K N) 的影响。方法:将99 名前庭功能正常的自愿者按不同年龄分3 组,用 V O G 进行 O K N 检查,通过刺激整个视网膜所诱发的视动性眼震,用 V O G 记录。条纹刺激速度分别为20 、35 、50(°)/s,定量参数是“gain”( 眼球运动速度与刺激条纹速度的比值) 。结果:第1 组和第2 组间gain 值无统计学差异,但第3 组在刺激速度达50(°)/s 时,视动性眼震gain 值明显下降。结论:临床上分析视动性眼震的结果时,必须考虑年龄这一因素。
Aim:To clarify the issue of the influence of age on optokinetic nystagmus by video-oculography(VOG). Methods:The VOG technique approach is considered to be more flexible than current electronystagmography(ENG). It is suitable for clinical application and recording in harsh environments (spaceflight, centrifuge. ect). It is well known that optokinetic nystagmus (OKN) is one of the most important and reliable tests with respect to differential diagnosis between peripheral and central vestibule lesions. Ninety-nine healthy subjects were divided into three group according to age: (Group 1: 15~35 y, Group 2: 36~55 y,Group 3: 56~75 y). Nystagmus elicited by whole field stimulation (stare, subcortical or foveoretinal OKN) were recorded by VOG with different stimulating velocities(20(°)/s, 35(°)/s and 50(°)/s). The 'gain' (the correlation between eye velocity and target velocity )was analyzed as quantitative parameter. Results:The were no statistic difference between group 1 and group 2 to be found, but in group 3 the gain declined strongly at 50(°)/s, indicating that the negative effect of aging on the gain of OKN. Conclusion:It is therefore suggested that the aging effect should be considered by the OKN analysis.
