摘要
职业的特殊性、执法环境的日益复杂化以及超负荷工作给警察的身心健康带来了极大的威胁,警察心理问题日益凸显,建立一套系统的、动态的警察心理档案势在必行。科学地管理和使用警察心理档案对警察身心健康的维护是非常必要的。
Occupational attributes,increasing complexity of law enforcement and overwork load constitute the biggest threats to physical and mental health of the police.The police physiological issue is becoming prominent;therefore,establishing a systematical and dynamic physiological file is imperative.And scientific management and the use of psychological files play a necessary part in maintaining the police physical and mental health.
