中美警用巡逻车比较研究

Comparative Study of Police Patrol Cars between the U.S and China

中美两国的警用巡逻车经过多年发展都形成了自己的特色。除国情的差异,美国巡逻车通常是经过专业设计和改装的特殊车辆,能更好地服务于警务工作。在这方面,我国公安机关应该借鉴美国的做法,在对基层公安工作进行调研的基础上提出设计要求,使我国巡逻车在工作中不断得到完善。

After years of development,the police patrol cars of the U.S and China have formed their respective characteristics.The U.S police patrol cars are special vehicles that are usually professionally designed and modified,which can better serve the police work.In this regard,Chinese public security authorities should learn from the U.S counterparts.Based on the research on the grass roots police work,Chinese public security authorities should propose the design requirements of patrol car so as to keep improving its quality.
