摘要
针对市区交通主干道地下行车通道超浅埋、围岩基本质量级别属Ⅴ级,隧道施工又不能中断道路交通,且覆土层中横跨包括高压电缆、光缆、煤气等21组管线的特殊情况展开研究,利用弹塑性有限元仿真分析了CD法与全断面开挖工法的全过程,优化确定了全断面开挖工法,施工中辅以实时监控测试反馈系统,理论与实测数据分析成果指导施工与设计变更,信息化施工不仅成功预报了围岩变形趋势,避免了塌方事故的发生,而且使覆土层中各种管线得以正常运营.
The special situation is studied that the urban traffic main channel of underground road is extremely shallow buried and the basic quality of surrounding rock is classified as V grade level,while the road traffic cannot be interrupted by the tunnel construction and the middle cross span of overburden includes 21 groups of pipelines like high-pressure cable,fiber optic cable,and gas etc.The elastic-plastic finite element simulation is used to analyze the whole process of method CD and full-section tunneling method,optimizing full-section tunneling method with real-time monitoring and testing feedback system in construction.The analysis results of theoretical and actual measurement data guide construction and design change,and the informationization construction not only successfully forecasts the trend of surrounding rock deformation avoiding landslides,but makes the pipeline in overburden normally operate as well.
