摘要
新型预制装配式拱涵,由预制拱片和现浇基础两部分构成,预制拱片的形状通过悬链线理论确定。在模拟路堤分层填筑的情况下,采用有限元方法对拱片结构内力进行了静力分析。结果表明,在设计填土高度情况下,拱片主要以承受压力为主,仅受到很小的弯矩和剪力作用。预制拱涵结构受力合理,安装简便,能够大量节约材料,并缩短涵洞工期,有着明显的经济效益,可在矿山公路工程中加以推广应用。
A new type of precast culvert is consisted of precast arches and cast-in-place concrete bases.The shape of arch is confirmed by funicular curve theory.Considering the embankment paved by soil layer,arch structure internal forces were analyzed by using finite element method.The results indicate that arch mainly afford compressive force under the design fill soil height,very little movement forces and shear forces acted on it.The arch is an ideal structure which can save construction materials efficiently,meanwhile,project time for the culvert construction will be reduced for its rapid installation.Precast arch culvert has obvious economic benefits which should be promotion and application in highway project in mining roads.
