高等教育以人力资本与技术知识参与区域经济发展并推动经济持续高速增长和增长方式的转变,成为知识经济时代驱动产业高速发展动力之一。高等教育与区域经济互动本身就是一个博弈的过程,通过SWOT分析,西北地区高等教育与区域经济存在着不协调性,区域各个主体之间因存在发展目标、支撑能力的差异。区域内各主体为了实现各自的发展目标,积极寻求高等教育与区域经济之间能产生良性互动的发展策略,设计出求得效益最大化的互动模式。

The combination and interact of higher education and economic development have driven a rapid industries development in the time of knowledge economy force.It can be said,higher education and regional economic interaction itself is a game process,and there are many differences of Northwest China development goals and supporting capacity within the interactive subject through SWOT analysis,and the differences also led to the subject of the interactive mode different preferences.In order to achieve their development goals,the interactive subject within the region designed to the interaction pattern and strategy which maximize the benefits.
