Problem and countermeasure for industry-university-research cooperation mode

产学研合作模式,一直是制约我国科技成果转换效率的一个难题。本文从项目本身、经济环境、权益保护、政策导向以及科技成果转换体制等方面,分析我国当前产学研合作模式存在的问题,并结合我国产学研的一般特点,提出促进产学研合作模式的发展对策,以期为合作开展的方式提供一些有益借鉴。

Industry-university-research cooperation is a difficult problem of limiting China′s transferring of scientific and technologic achievements.Numerous scholars carry out the research on the subject and a lot of achievements are obtained.From projects themselves,economic environment,rights-profit protection,policy guidance and transferring system for scientific and technologic achievements,the author analyzes the problem for industry-university-research cooperation mode in China.Considering the general character of China′s industry-university-research,put forward some countermeasures for promoting industry-university-research cooperation mode in order to provide a reference for implementation of the cooperation.
