摘要
随着社会和高等教育的发展,我国高校全日制硕士研究生日益成为学校队伍中的重要组成部分,也是知识分子的后备军,其发展状况直接反映高等教育教学质量,进而影响社会的未来发展。目前,由于研究生群体所处时代的特殊性和环境的复杂性,致使我国高校全日制硕士研究生群体的某部分人由于自身所应扮演的角色不清楚,处于模糊状态。文章以社会角色理论为依据,以知识分子的标准来全面分析研究生角色模糊的表现,探讨了导致研究生角色模糊的主要原因,并提出相应的教育对策。
With the development of society and higher education, rapidly increasing full - time postgraduates have become an important part of university members. The development of full - time graduates does not only reflect the quality of higher education, but also have a great impact on the development of society, because these students are the reserve of intellectuals for the country's construction. However, there are some postgraduates are not clear a- bout their roles. Based on the related theory of social roles, graduates, discussed about the reasons that lead to such role this paper has analyzed the role ambiguity among post- ambiauitv, and offered some suggestions for educational adjustment.
