对日索赔研究述评

The Review on Claim against Japan

1945年,中国取得了抗日战争的最后胜利,为此,中华民族也付出了巨大的代价,中国政府要求对日索赔是中国政府应有的权利,这是不容置疑的事实。中华人民共和国成立后,中国政府为了中日两国的友好,在《中日联合声明中》放弃了中国政府的对日索赔。中国政府对日索赔虽然已经放弃,但是,将对日索赔问题进行认真梳理和客观分析,不仅有利于推动中国民间的索赔,更有利于推动中日两国关系的长期发展,维护世界的和平。

In 1945, China achieved the final victory of the War of Resistance against Japan, and the Chinese nation paid a huge price for the victory, so Chinese government have rights to claim against Japan. After the foundation of the PRC, for the friendly relationship with Japan, the Chinese government gave up the claim in the Joint Communique of Japan and China. Even so, careful and objective analysis on the claim against Japan is helpful to promote civilian claim and the long-term development of the Sino-Japanese relationship, and safeguard world peace.
