中国后奇迹时代经济发展理性回归

Rational Return of Economic Development in China in the Post-miracle Era

改革开放30年,中国经济实现奇迹般高速增长,取得举世瞩目的成就。2008年以后,受美国金融危机影响,中国经济发生历史性转折,后奇迹经济时代来临,经济发展需理性回归。中国后奇迹时代经济和谐持续发展需要回归经济学理论中的理性发展——在现有的中国经济约束条件下发展。因此,从四个方面进行路径选择:完善收入分配和扩大国内需求、提升技术创新和制度创新能力、转变经济发展方式、大力发展低碳经济。

With 30 years＇ reform and opening up, China＇s economy has grown rapidly and made remarkable achieve-ments. After 2008, influenced by the U.S. financial crisis, China＇s economy came to the historical turning point – the post-miracle economic era. Economic development needs rational return. In the post-miracle economic era, the harmo-nious sustainable development of economy needs to return to the rational development of economics theory-developing under the current economic constraint conditions in China. Therefore, there are four ways： improving the income distribution and expanding domestic demand, strengthening technological innovation ability and institutional innovation ability, transforming economic development mode, and developing low carbon economy.
