摘要
目的:本文对鸡屎藤95%乙醇提取物进行了化学成分研究.方法:采用D101-大孔树脂对环烯醚萜化合物进行富集,并对30%乙醇-水洗脱部分进行分离纯化,反复进行硅胶,ODS,Sephadex LH-20柱层析,通过理化常数和波谱分析进行化合物的结构鉴定.结果:分离到5个环烯醚萜化合物,鉴定为Saprosmoside E(1),鸡屎藤苷(paederoside,2),鸡屎藤酸(paederosidic acid,3),鸡屎藤酸甲酯(paederosidic acid methyl ester,4)以及去乙酰车叶草苷酸甲酯(deacetyl asperulosidic acid methyl ester,5).结论:其中去乙酰车叶草苷酸甲酯为首次从该植物中分离得到.
Objective:To study iridoids in 95% ethanol extract from stems of Paederia scandense.Method:Iridoids are enriched by D101-macroporous resin.The constituents of the moiety of 30% aqueous EtOH are isolated and purified by silica gel,ODS and sephadex LH-20 column choromatography.The structures of the isolated iridoids are elucidated by physical-chemical properties and spectral analysis.Result:Five iridoids are obtained and identified as Saprosmoside E(1),paederoside(2),paederosidic acid(3),paederosidic acid methyl ester(4),deacetyl asperulosidic acid methyl ester(5).Conclusion:Compound 5 is isolated from this plant for the first time.
