摘要
目的研究鸡矢藤Paederia scandense的化学成分.方法采用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20柱、ODS反相柱进行分离纯化,通过理化性质、光谱特征鉴定其结构.结果从鸡矢藤中分离到5个化合物,结构鉴定为茜根定-1-甲醚(1),胡萝卜苷(2),Borassoside E(3),异东莨菪香豆素(4),鸡矢藤苷(5).结论化合物3为首次从该植物中分离得到.
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Paederia scandense.Method:The constituents are isolated and purified by silica gel,reversed-phase column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 etc.Their structures are elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.Result:Five compounds are obtained and identified as rubiadin-1-methylether(1),daucosterol(2),borassoside E(3),isoscopoletin(4),paederoside(5).Conclussion:The compound 3 is isolated from this plant for the first time.
