平民信息化问题研究

The study of the problem of informationization for common people:the cornerstone and drive for China's information construction

本文从最基层的大众用户入手进行分析,提出推进信息化建设的真正动力和基石——平民信息化,并试图从便民的角度提出包括"基于ROM的OS及常用应用系统的PC"的终端产品解决思路.

This analysis begins with the most common user,and draws a conclusion that informationization for common people is the cornerstone and drive for China＇s information construction.This paper attempts to propose a solution：includes ＂ROM-based OS and PC with commonly-used application system.
