江油市暗娼人群艾滋病相关知识和行为调查分析

Analysis on HIV/AIDS-related knowledge and behaviors among female commercial sex workers in Jiangyou City

目的了解江油市暗娼人群(FSW)艾滋病相关知识和行为状况,评价防治效果,为制定防治措施提供科学依据.方法按照国家AIDS综合监测方案对江油市264名暗娼进行面对面的艾滋病相关知识和行为问卷调查.结果江油市暗娼人群在婚者占46.60%,30岁以上暗娼占45.45%;首次性行为年龄小;艾滋病知识总平均知晓率为89.58%.最近1次、最近1月每次商业性行为安全套使用率分别为93.56%、65.91%,最近1月与固定性伴发生性行为时每次坚持使用安全套比率为14.39%;50.76%的暗娼人群最近1年患生殖道感染/性病,32.32%未到正规医疗机构接受治疗,暗娼接受性病检查率和自愿咨询检预防服务率分别为67.58%、63.64%.结论中英艾滋病项目实施后,江油市暗娼人群艾滋病知识知晓率、安全套使用率得到了显著提高;暗娼接受性病检查和自愿咨询检测等预防服务须进一步加强;今后要特别注重对在婚、大龄暗娼人群及其固定性伴艾滋病相关知识宣传教育.

Objective：To understand the HIV/AIDS related knowledge and behavior among female commercial sex workers（FSWs） of Jiangyou City,and evaluate the effect of interventions,and provide scientific evidence for formulating measures of prevention and treatment.Methods：A face-to-face questionnaire survey on HIV/AIDS-related knowledge and behaviors is performed among 264 FSWs in Jiangyou according to the national AIDS surveillance plan.Results：46.60% of the FSWs of Jiangyou city are married.45.45% of them are 30 years old above.The first sexual intercourse age of the FSWs is young.The total average awareness rate about HIV/AIDS is 89.58%.In the last time of commercial sexual intercourses,their condom use rate is 93.56%,and in the last month,65.91% of them persisited using condom every time.When having sex with their regular sexual partners in the last month,only 14.39% of them persisited using condom every time.50.76% of the FSWs in the last year have reproductive tract infection or sexually transmitted disease（STD）,of which 32.32% don’t go to normal medical insititutions for diagnosis and treatment.Among the services of HIV/AIDS prevention,the STD examination rate is 67.58%,and the HIV/AIDS voluntary conseling and testing（VCT） rate is 63.64%.Conclusion：There is a notably rise of awareness rate about AIDS and condom use rate in Jiangyou City after China-U.K.HIV/AIDS Item conducted.HIV/AIDS prevention services such as STD examination and VCT need further improvement.The study shows that the older FSWs took a big proportion.Close attention should be paid to the health education of the older,the married and their regular sexual partners.
