摘要
讨论了到达顾客以概率αk=1k+1(k∈N)进入M/M/n排队系统的可变输入率模型,获得了该模型的主要指标(比如平稳分布,系统的平均等待队长,系统平均忙期的服务窗个数,系统的平均队长,系统损失的概率等等),由little公式得到顾客的平均逗留时间和平均等待时间。并进行了实证分析。
This paper, by discussing the M/M/n queuing model when the customers arrived entering the queuing system by the probability:αk=1k+1, aims at getting the stable distribution and the related indexes of this model, such as: average waiting, average number of busy service window system, average queue length, loss rates and the average loss of customers number in unit time. From the little formula. we get the average length of stay and average waiting time and conduct an empirical analysis.
