摘要
采用壳单体预乳化和种子乳液聚合工艺,以苯乙烯为核单体,丙烯酸丁酯为壳单体,十二烷基硫酸钠,OP-10为混合乳化剂,以过硫酸钾,过硫酸铵,为混合引发剂,丙烯酸为功能单体,制备出具有耐酸、耐碱、耐盐、耐高温、耐寒的苯丙乳液。当取苯乙烯(55.5~58)g、丙烯酸丁酯(44~55)g、乳化剂(2~2.5)g预乳化和乳液聚合分别在45℃、80℃时能制备出核壳结构的苯丙乳液。可用作水性涂料。
Styrene - acrylic emulsion was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization with styrene as core monomer and butyl acrylate as shell monomer, acrylic acid as functional monomer, sodium dodecyl sulfate and OP- 10 as mixed emulsifier, potassium persulfate and ammonium persulfate as initiator. The emulsion improves to be acid - proof, alkali - proof, salt - proof, cold - resistant. The optimum conditions of the polymerization are: BA : St: OP/SDS = 44 - 45:55.5 - 58: 2 - 2.5, pre - emulsifying temperature 45 ℃, reaction temperature 80℃.
