草地藏系绵羊SSR基因座遗传多样性研究

摘要 利用微卫星(SSR)技术对草地藏系绵羊的OarAE101、OarHH35和BM143等3个微卫星座位进行多态性分析,结果表明:草地藏系绵羊的微卫星DNA随机分布于基因组中,OarAE101、OarHH35和BM143等3个微卫星座位的多态信息含量(PIC)分别为0.766、0.694和0.852,杂合度分别为0.792、0.730和0.799。上述遗传多样性指标均表明所研究的草地藏系绵羊群体微卫星标记位点上的遗传多样性较为丰富。 Genetic diversity of SSR loci in Lawn Tibetan sheep has been studied by using the reported microsallite markers. The result shows that the polymorphism information content (PIC) of microsatllite loci including OarAE101, OarHH35 and BM143 in Tibetan sheep is respectively 0. 766, 0. 694 and 0. 852, and the heterozygosity (H) of these microsatllite loci is respectively 0.792, 0.730 and 0.799. Thus, the above data indicate that the genetie diversity of micro -satellite loci in Tibetan sheep is abundant.
