摘要
价值工程是以提高产品或作业价值为目的,通过有组织的创造性工作,寻求用最低的寿命周期成本,可靠地实现使用者所需功能的一种管理技术,它涉及价值、功能和寿命周期成本三个基本要素。通过具体实例,针对不同方案分别从价值、功能和寿命周期成本三个方面进行对比分析,进一步说明价值工程在设计方案优选中的应用,使建筑项目的功能和成本有机的统一起来,以达到优化设计、节约投资的目的。
Value engineering is a management technology which is to improve the value of product or project through organized creative work for searching for the lowest life-span cost to achieve the user＇s required function. It consists of three basic elements-value, function and life-span cost. Through concrete examples, the analysis and comparison are made to further clarify the value engineering＇s application in the optimizing of designing therefore to optimize the design and reduce investment.
