提升市民幸福感受度是我们发展政治、经济与文化的最终价值目标,市民幸福感受度的提高与社会的发展进步是分不开的。通过对市民幸福感受度内、外部影响因素分析,以及与政策制定间关系的认识,提出市民幸福感受度的对策建议,将有助于政府相关政策的制定与调整。

Enhancing the degree of public happiness feeling is the final value objective to develop politics, economy and culture. The degree of happiness and social progress and development are inseparable. Through analyzing the internal and external affecting factors of the degrees of public happiness feeling, and the understanding of the relationship between the policies, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of public happiness feeling to help the government formulate and adjust relevant policies.
