摘要
分析了技术的社会控制机制,阐明了对技术进行社会控制的两个关键环节,即价值目标控制和控制指令的完善,必须将"可持续发展"作为控制技术活动的价值目标,并不断完善作为技术活动控制指令的法律制度和道德规范。
This paper analyzes the technology of social control mechanism,clarifies on technology for social control of two key links,that is,the value of the target control and the improvement of control orders.Let the ＂sustainable development＂ become the goal of controlling technical activities,and constantly improve the control instructions such as the legal system and ethics.
