摘要
在对目前国内商务英语教师的职业发展现状和发展需求进行调查的基础上,分析了我国商务英语教师在专业发展、教学、科研以及提高个人发展的体制保障等方面仍存在的问题,并有针对性地提出了几点改进措施。
The focus of this paper evolves from a research study which is mainly about the current situations of business English teachers＇ career development and the future requirements.It analyzes the problems they encounter in career development,teaching,academic research and relevant training systems.Furthermore,it provides some constructive suggestions for improvement.
