摘要
目的建立复方仙蓉颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法分别对鹿角片粉碎工艺,莪术、香附、郁金挥发油提取工艺路线进行优化;采用正交设计的方法,考察煮提时间、煮提次数和加水量等因素对水提取工艺的影响。结果鹿角片经微波炉低档烘6 min后粉碎成极细粉入药;挥发油提取以8倍水量,蒸馏6 h为最佳;最佳水提取工艺为煎煮2次,加水10倍量,时间为100 min,浓缩至相对密度1.06(50~60℃),加入95%乙醇使药液含醇量为60%,放置12 h,离心,浓缩,真空干燥,加入鹿角粉、挥发油细粉硅胶粉末,制粒。结论该提取工艺合理、可行,适合工业大生产的需要。
Objective To establish the optimal extraction technology for Fufang Xianrong Keli.Methods We optimized the grinding technology for deer horn,volatile oil extraction technology for Curcuma zedoaria,Rhizoma cyperi, and Radix curcumae.The amount of water,extraction time,extraction times were set as indexes in the orthogonal test.Results The optimum conditions for the grinding technology for deer horn were: smashing into a very fine powder and oven bake for 6 min.The optimum conditions for volatile oil extraction were: water times of 8,distillation 6 h.The optimum conditions for extraction were:10 times of water,extraction twice,100 min each time.After being concetrated to relative density of 1.06(50-60 ℃),95% ethanol was added so that the liquid contained 60% alcohol.After 12 h,centrifugation,condensation,vacuum drying,deer horn powder added,nvolatile oil powder silica powder,granulation.Conclusion The optimum technology for Fufang Xianrong Keli is simple,stable and effective for mass production.
