酸性氧化电位水制备及处理废乳化液研究

摘要 文章对酸性氧化电位水制备过程的主要影响因素——电解时间、极板间距、电解质浓度和电流进行了研究,并对生成的酸性氧化电位水处理废乳化液进行初步的实验研究.以pH和ORP为酸性氧化电位水制备的目标,通过单因素影响实验研究,确定酸性氧化电位水制备条件为0.3mol/L的NaCl、电流I=0.70A、极板间距d=3cm,在此条件下生成的酸性氧化电位水中氧化性物质含量为2.6×10-3 mol/L.用此酸性氧化电位水处理废乳化液,COD的去除在酸化作用基础上可以提高4.86%至5.94%,去除率可以达到96.24%,具有酸化和氧化的协同作用. The paper has discussed about the effect of electrolysis time, electrode distance, electrolyte concentration and current in producing electrolyzed oxidizing water and researched on the oxidation potential of electrolyzed oxidizing water dealing with waste emulsion. According to the value of pH and ORP, the conditions of producing electrolyzed oxidizing water are determined that the concentration of NaCI is 0. 3 mol/L, the electrolysis current is 0. 70 A and the electrode distance is 3 cm. The concentration of oxidizer in electrolyzed oxidizing water is 2.6 × 10^-3 mol/L. Using the electrolyzed oxidizing water, the removal of the waste emulsion's COD can be on the increase from 4. 86% to 5, 94% based on the acidification removal of COD and the removal rate can reach 96.24%. It can be considered that the cooperation of acidic reaction and oxidizing reaction has occurred in the progress of electrolyzed oxidizing water dealing with the waste emulsion.
