硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的系统评价

Treatment of symptomatic diabetic polyneuropathy with the alpha-lipoic acid:a systematic reviews

目的系统评价硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效和安全性。方法检索万方数据库,纳入含硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的随机对照研究。结果共纳入18个随机对照研究,1 268例患者。Meta分析结果表明,硫辛酸治疗组的治疗效果优于对照组[OR=1.30,95%CI(1.21,1.39)]。结论硫辛酸应用于糖尿病周围神经病变患者的疗效确切。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of lipoic acid treatment on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods The bitterness treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in a randomized controlled study were searched in WanFang database.Results A total of 18 randomized controlled study of 1 268 cases were included,Meta analysis showed that the therapeutic effect of lipoic acid was better in treated group than that of the control group[OR=1.30,95%CI（1.21,1.39）].Conclusion Lipoic acid has good effects on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
