Determination of aluminum in amino acid compound injections (18) by GFAAS

目的考察18合复方氨基酸注射液中铝含量。方法采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定注射液中铝离子浓度。结果不同厂家样品的铝离子浓度存在很大差异。结论有必要对复方氨基酸注射液中铝浓度进行限度检查。

Objective To evaluate the content of aluminum in amino acid compound injections（18）.Methods The contents of aluminum were determined by GFAAS.Results There were significant differences between injections.Conclusion It is necessary to control the content of aluminum in injections.
