摘要
对化学镀Ni-P-PTFE换热面进行了模拟循环冷却水中CaCO3的结垢实验研究.结果表明,当换热面上有解吸空气泡时,该表面结垢较Cu面加剧;无解吸空气泡时,结垢减轻.并运用分形理论对结垢行为进行了评价,发现化学镀表面垢形之分维值较Cu面的增大了.
The CaCO 3 scaling in simulating cooling water system was investigated on the heat transfer surface of electroless Ni P PTFE based on Cu. The results indicate that the scaling process is enhanced when the air bubbles are desorbed on the Ni P PTFE surface and reduced when no air bubbles exist on the Ni P PTFE surface. The fractal theory is used to analyze the scaling geometric texture. The results show that the fractal dimension value D of CaCO 3 fouling on the Ni |P PTFE surface is greater than that on Cu surface.
