三磷酸腺苷治疗婴儿及儿童阵发性室上性心动过速 被引量:2

摘要 目的介绍三磷酸腺苷(ATP)在儿科治疗阵发性室上性心动过速的应用及疗效。方法选择我科2008年6月-2010年3月收治的5例PVST患儿,应用快速静推ATP复律,在2 s内静脉推注ATP,初始剂量:2.5 mg/次,如未复律,再以2.5 mg/次剂量递增,最大剂量不超过10 mg/次。结果 3例患儿首次复律成功,2例患儿需重复用药后复律成功。结论三磷酸腺苷在儿科治疗阵发性室上性心动过速中,从小剂量开始用药,起效迅速、安全。
