1,6二磷酸果糖联合辅酶Q10治疗新生儿窒息后所致心肌损害

Clinical observation of 1,6 fructose bisphosphate and CoQ10 on asphyxia newborn with cardiac muscle injure

目的观察1,6二磷酸果糖(FDP)联合辅酶Q10胶囊治疗新生儿窒息并心肌损害的疗效。方法将140例诊断为新生儿窒息并心肌损害的患儿随机分为2组,对照组60例,治疗组80例。均按新生儿窒息进行综合治疗,治疗组在综合治疗基础上加用FDP和辅酶Q10胶囊,比较两组疗效。结果治疗组在心率、心肌酶谱、心电图ST-T恢复方面均优于对照组。结论 FDP联合辅酶Q10胶囊治疗新生儿窒息并心肌损害疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effect of 1,6 fructose bisphosphate and CoQ10 on asphyxia newborn with cardiac muscle injure.Methods 140 cases were randomized into two groups.Patients of control group（n=60）were treated with normal treatment,and the patients of treatment group（n=80）were treated with normal treatment,1,6 fructose bisphosphate and CoQ10.The effects of two groups were compared.Results The recovery situation of heart rate,CK-MB and ST-T in treatment group were better than that of control group.Conclusion The effect of 1,6 fructose bisphosphate and CoQ10 on asphyxia newborn with cardiac muscle injure is obvious.
