摘要
选用含二氮杂萘酮结构的聚醚砜酮和N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮依据正交设计方法制得了一系列超滤膜.考察了聚合物浓度、添加剂种类和添加量以及制膜蒸发时间等对膜性能的影响.考察了膜在不同温度下对水介质中染料的分离性能;温度从20℃升到70℃,水通量增大两倍,而对染料的截留率保持不变.
A series of ultrafiltration membrane are made from poly(ether sulfone ketone ) with N methyl 2 pyrrolidone as solvent, the influence of polymer concentration and types and contents of additives on the performance of membrane is examined by normalization design method, and the thermostability of the membrane and its separation performance of dyes from dying water are examined.
